    TIPS

    Avoid breaking the cold chain.

    All frozen goods should be bought last, transported quickly and be placed in the freezer immediately on arrival home.

    If possible, transport frozen goods in insulated containers.

    Never re-freeze thawed meat. Use immediately, cook or discard.
